Celebrating Chavez

The life and legacy of cultural icon and “heroic figure” Cesar Chavez will be honored in a weeklong celebration of speakers, films, theater productions and more at CSU. Farewell, organ
The 1927 Wurlitzer Organ, which has been a little-known treasure housed in the Lory Student Center since 1983, will give the first of a two-part farewell performance tonight in the LSC Theatre. “This is really an incredibly unique opportunity for students and community members to see,” said L.J. FoCo gets a taste of Denver's hip-hop
Friday night Denver hip-hop band Air Dubai took to the stage at a crowded Aggie Theatre. The seven-piece band soon had Fort Collins jumping and chanting along as it blew through its 30-minute set. Air Dubai’s performance, sponsored by Denver-based radio station Channel 93.3 KTCL, opened for early ‘90s New York hip-hop group Digable Planets and Colorado band, the Flobots.
