A Night In Paris
Welcome to A Night In Paris, the honest blog about the stories you can’t afford to miss.
We analyze and consume the vast world of the Web and give you our thoughts on everything from music and film to the idiotic corner-store burglar. And there’s a chance we’ll be drinking a beer while we do it because, after all, we’re two college-aged smartasses in the craft brewing capital of Colorado.
As obsessive addicts of news, culture, entertainment and media, we can’t help but be entirely sarcastic and a little narcissistic when we look at the world. But don’t worry, we Midwest curmudgeons have a lot of heart and can’t help but be charmingly optimistic … even though we’re about to graduate with degrees in journalism.
So thanks for visiting our blog and please enjoy our (almost) daily updates on the stories you (might not really) need to hear.

Well okay, according to the International Business Times story the account is mostly managed by the 2012 Obama re-election staff, but it’s still a titillating prospect to connect with the First Lady on a platform as intimate as Twitter. A highlight from the “@MichelleObama” tweets at the time of this publication: “There are some big iCarly fans in our household, so we’re all pretty excited about today’s event with military kids and the cast.
Tebowie and the music bits that make Jimmy Fallon Funny No comments | Jan 13, 2012 | 10:05 am
By Matt Miller Sure he ruined almost every Saturday Night Live sketch, it’s painful to watch him conduct an interview and there’s “Fever Pitch” and “Taxi”, but among all of these blatant failures, Jimmy Fallon has one glowing gift: his love for music. When Fallon sits down with a guitar dressed as Tim Tebow with David Bowie hair and makeup and sings a song about speaking to God to the tune of “Space Oddity” you almost forget about his incessant character breaks on SNL. Thursday on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon”, he brought us “Tebowie” a spoof that shows his talent impersonating singers, and love for music. Usually your better off going to bed or sitting alone at a bar than watching “Late Night”, but when Fallon walks on stage with a guitar the show is suddenly interesting.
