ASCSU election appeal withdrawn
Abstract:
The lead petitioners of the recent student government presidential election withdrew an appeal Wednesday that threatened to force another election and remove the president-elect and vice president-elect from office.
Student Estevan Jaimes, the primary petitioner, pulled the appeal before the Associated Students of CSU Supreme Court, saying it was an effort to "address procedural errors that occurred" during the campaign period....

If Smoot wonders why he doesn't get any respect from the administration, to his face or not, just have him look at in the mirror, reflecting on his behavior of the past few months. What were the other two options for what can only be guaranteed as more competent representation?
I respect your concern, if you have something of any real importance to say on anything other than my character please fell free to contact me Taylay4@aol.com

Don't sweat it Mr. Smoot , the brain dead and losers of the election are just whining.
They can't defeat you in an election so they try character assassination. It is an old tool , and so are they. LMAO!
I noticed you used your name instead of some lame anonymous nick. You could have just been anonymous and made it look like you were a supporter. Yet you chose to be honest and invite dialogue and were man enough to use your real name.
Much respect for that , and no respect for the anonymous how pitiful.
I will be watching how you fulfill your duties and I am not going to say I'll agree with everything you do.
I am however impressed with your veracity so far. Congratulations and here is hoping you can bring some sanity to Student Government
