Visiting Student dies from medical complications

Abstract:
On July 31, an unnamed Iraqi student traveling to CSU with the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program died of pre-existing health conditions, said Martha Denney, IYLEP director of international education.

The student and his parents were aware of his condition before he left Iraq, Associate Provost of International Programs Jim Cooney, who worked closely with the visiting students, said....
