You'll have to show me that restrinaing order. I've never seen it. How can one place a restrianing order on another if there was no summons served and no court?

I could have unkowingly violated the order and not known it. maybe Morriosnwas working with the local cops so set me up over my history of running police watchdog groups?

Gee if I was ever in trouble with the CSUPD then why was I never kicked off campus? How did I manage to graduate after seven years of putting up with the harrasement of CSUPD?

Who is Moellenberg I've never met this person during my entire stint at CSU. We do indeed have a history together a history of harassment by the CSUPD who did everything they could to run me off of campus and failed in their efforts.

I still have all of those old news clippings from the Collegian and Coloradoan. The time the CSUPD was caught tearing down flyers that I had placed around campus. I still have that written apology form Chief Hopkins in which he admits to the fact that his department had a secret spy file on me in which incredible lies about me were placed in the file. A history of defending free speech from the CSUPD. Zieg Hiel herr Yarborough and finally an admisson from one your lackies that you are still miantianing a spy file on a political activist who has committed no crime.

The Collegian has left the door wide open for a another story and my right to respond the inuendos of a CSU employee. Your attempt to discredit me Dell will be dealt with by the CSU administration.

Mauser also has a history of working with others to violate the Bill of Rights. He worked with the Jeffco Sheriff's deparment to violate my right to free speech and this case cost the Jeffco deputies 20k in federal court. In Sept of 2002 Jeffco settled for the grand sum of $20,000 over the violation of my first, fourth and fifth amnedment rights. now Muaser is seen thanking Morriosn for tring to get me falsely arrested and possibly killed. Good job Muaser of supporting your fellow state employee and exercising you imagined right to harm another human being who did nothing to you other than to tell you NO MORE GUN CONTROL!!!!!!!!.

I'm sorry folks for what I did. I did not use a CSU computer when I worked there I did not have access to a computer not until they make a vacuums that can surf the net. I was out sick passing kidney stones when I send the email. Duncan did threaten to kill me or have me killed or at least he wanted me to think that. I do not want to fight with Duncan any more I just want him to leave me and especially my family alone. If he want to talk to face to face he can but I have to know he is comply unarmed before he does it. Other wise no way. If a 3 person wants to set up a one on meeting with me and Duncan it is ok. I just want to end this childish ranting back and forth and want to know that my family will be unharmed. It will have to be in a safe place were Duncan has no access to weapons.

Morrison was given five days in jail, one year of probation, a no contact order for Mauser for up to one year, no access to the net for one year and he cannot own or have in his posession any firearms.

The DA asked for jail time and got it. Mauser made his speech short and avoided making it a political issue. I made my points and then Darren finish it off with more of the same old crap.

Morrison claimed that he did what did as a result of threats made against him by me, yet he to date he cannot site one instance of when and where I ever threatened the guy or even answer the questions as to why didn't he report these supposed threats to the police and why would I even threaten him in the first place?

He points to a post I made on the TRT forum as a death threat, yet no where in the post is threat of death ever made, he states this was the reason he emailed his death threats to Mauser using my name. The problem with this is the fact that he had committed his crime on December 6th and my supposed death threat was posted on December 7th of 2006. Morrison stated that I had parked my car in front of his house and was stalking him and his wife, yet he cannot site a date or time that the incident had occured, nor can he tell us what was the make, model and LP# of the car in question.

Morrison had his wife Blackmore issue a restrianing order agianst me long after Morrison had been arrested and charged with his crime of harassement. This was an act of more harassement. Blackmore could not orchistrate when and where I had stalked or threatened her. I have yet to see this restrianing order or have a summons served on me by the Morrison or his wife.

It was the most pathetic display of in court nonsense on the part of a defendant that I have ever seen in my life. Morrison literally cried like a baby begging the judge not to send him to jail. He then tried to suck up to Mauser by asking that the judge allow him to apologize in person to Mauser. The judge told him in no uncertian terms "NO!!! and you will have no contact with Mr. Mauser."

1) Is Darren Morrison any relation to Duane Morrison, who attacked Platte Canyon High School in Bailey, CO on 9-27-06?

2) Personally I think it is an outrage that a judge decides that Mr. Morrison cannot own any firearms. Apparently the bill of rights has no weight in that courtroom!

3) Mr. Mauser is sadly deluded in his anti-gun efforts. He is an unknowing dupe working for those who arranged the Columbine shooting, which was in fact a covert "black" op done by rogue elements within the nation's intelligence establishment.
