Price should be arrested for murder and attempted murder. A death sentence would be justified for the life he took. Drinking and driving is a choice. If you choose to drink and drive you also choose to be responcible for the results. No sorrow should be waisted on him, only on the family and friends of the victim.
No offense, but your an idiot. Death penalty for an un-aggravated accident. You think he meant to kill her? It was a tragedy but if you think that the death penalty should be called upon for things such as this I wonder what type of punishment you think is necessary for a serial killer.

While this event was surely a tragedy, and one that could have been avoided, the punishment should fit the crime. The death penalty is to be reserved for only the most heinous of crimes;almost always requiring premeditation. I agree that no sorrow should be wasted on this guy, yet one should always measure their responses, not temper them by emotions; we are talking about another life here.
