WASHINGTON - Six more senators on Tuesday joined a bipartisan group of 10 senators backing a bill they say will break the stalemate over offshore drilling in Congress.

If we had drilled when Clinton said it would take ten years to see anything we would not have $4 gas now.
Face it we run on oil and gas. Until that changes we have no alternative but to get our own oil here. Or we can just continue to give our wealth to Arabs and borrow the future of our country from China.
It is criminal that we have not drilled when we have more oil than Saudi Arabia here.
The greatest transfer of wealth in the history of mankind would not be happening to the extent it is now.

The problem is also Russia. Russia is just about bankrupt except for its natural gas and oil exports.
What happens when the world and especially America gets off oil.
They lose everything.
Same with the middle east. One of the main reasons they are not riding camels is their oil.
Take away their oil revenue and they dry up.
The world is terrified of allowing America to get off oil. It would kill their economies and make us even stronger.
Even Chine would suffer. They are going to explode in oil use even more than now and if they did not have america borrowing for oil they would be in deep trouble.
