Senior Reporter Kate Simmons is a junior journalism major minoring in English and political science. She has worked at the Collegian since February 2012 and currently interns for the international non-profit women4women-knitting4peace as their Creative Director. She has also served as the Youth Representative on the steering committee for the Abrahamic Initiative, a Denver-based non-profit that works to foster interfaith dialogue and understanding.
