Phelps, Lochte, and Going Back to School

It’s the start of yet another school year, which means going through a whole lot of shenanigans before the day.  It also means going from dorm life to apartment life (for a lot of sophomores such as myself) and instead of packing, practicing for an upcoming olympic career.
