Larimer County Sheriff deputies arrested retired military veteran Patrick Cipolla on a felony warrant for multiple counts of sexual assault, according to a press release sent Friday.

Cipolla allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl over a period of years and is charged with:

  • four counts of sexual assault by force
  • three counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust

He is now being held in the Larimer County jail on a $1 million bond.
